Ways To Wear Camouflage – Jacket

A great camouflage jacket can be a wonderful statement piece. The rest of your outfit can be kept to minimum so the jacket can be the star of the outfit. I like to pair my favorite camo jacket with either blue jeans or dark leggings. But there are other ways to wear camouflage jacket with a dress or a skirt as well. A dress or skirt can add that feminine touch to what is normally a more masculine pattern. Or you can go all out and pair it with camo pants like I did below. Ways To Wear Camouflage – Pants

A fitted pair of pants in a camouflage pattern can make the rest of your outfit stand out. I like to buy loose fitted, almost sweat pants kind of trousers for that sporty look. But if that’s not your style you can opt for more structured looking pants. You can also look for pants with embellishments, pockets or a drawstring waist. Another great way to wear camouflage pants is to find cargo pants. I’ve had my eye on a specific pair of cargo camouflage pants from Venus for some time now. I really love the way they seem to fit the model. And I can’t wait to get my hands on them. Check out some of the great looks I found below.

Ways To Wear Camouflage – Leggings

Similarly to the above, camouflage leggings are a great option. Not only you will look stylish but you will also be super comfortable. Ways To Wear Camouflage – Hoodie

Since I’m pretty obsessed with the camouflage trend, I’ve died and gone to heaven when I found a cute camo hoodie. This is one of the cutest ways to wear camouflage yet. Not only you will look adorable but it will also give you an extra layer for that colder day or night. I’ve been running around in my hoodie like crazy these past few days as the weather cooled down again. A hoodie like this can be paired up with a tank or a plain tee for an extra layer. And the whole outfit can be worn with solid leggings or jeans or even a cute skirt.

Now one of the easiest ways to wear camouflage is to find yourself a nice tee. This is a perfect casual look especially if you’re out shopping or running errands. Or if you’re out and about with the kids. This look is really comfortable but yet still stylish. No need to wear a plain boring tee. With a camo tee you’re showing everybody who’s the boss. Am I right? He he he. I think this is an easy, fun and great casual look. You can wear it with jeans or cute shorts, some great sunnies, a necklace and you’re good to go.

Ways To Wear Camouflage – Tank Top

Ah now that the warmer weather is finally here it’s time to pull out our tank tops. And what a better way to take advantage of the camouflage trend is to get a camo tank. Tanks and shorts are my go to articles of clothing in the summer. I mean living in the city can get pretty hot and muggy. This is especially true here in Toronto where escape to the fresher air can be a challenge sometimes. So I was thrilled when I found a fun and comfy tank top at Ardene. Ways To Wear Camouflage – Accessories

Some other ways to wear camouflage is to accessorize. You can wear a simple outfit like a pantsuit or a dress and accessorize it with a camo belt, hat or purse. This will automatically elevate your simple outfit. I found a great camouflage belt at Ardene and was able to accessorize my little black dress with it. My next pursuit would be to find a gorgeous camo inspired bag or purse. I think that would add a much needed drama to any outfit. I’ll definitely update this post once I find that special bag.
